A Green Trail through the heart of Ipswich

The ambition of the 2020 Town’s Fund project was to do the following:

The first phase will run from Christchurch park, along Lloyds Avenue, Queen Street and the Saints to the Paul’s Silo.

The second phase then runs along the Waterfront and the third phase will loop its way back to the south entrance of Christchurch Park.

The trail will include tree planting, planters, green or ‘living’ walls, pocket gardens, sunken ‘rain’ gardens, green roofs, ‘green’ sculptures & hanging baskets/window boxes.
